With a Magister Artium degree in Musicology and Communication, Nicola Kremer brings over 30 years of experience in international music distribution, cultural marketing, and artist relations. Her 17-year tenure at ECM Records was a defining chapter in her career, where she led marketing and distribution, managed sales and budgets, developed strategies and campaigns, and represented the label at major international events and festivals.

Earlier, she worked at BMG Classics in Munich and as Label Manager for deutsche harmonia mundi (dhm), overseeing productions and international release strategies for the renowned early music label.

She studied Musicology, Communication, and Music Education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and UCLA. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, coastal walks, and hands-on craft projects—activities that often spark her most creative ideas.
